Dr. Tina Vaitkus, SPHR-SCP, SPHR
Dr. Tina Vaitkus, Chief Executive Officer and Organization Development Consultant, brings over two decades of HR leadership including Lockheed Martin Management and Data Systems, BIC Graphic, Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort, and ISC2.
Dr. Vaitkus has a PhD in Education specializing in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Organization Development and Human Resources. Dr. Vaitkus has served as the head of HR responsible for the vision, design, development and leadership of multi-national Human Resources solutions. She has been recognized for her evolution of Human Resources strategy and her contributions to leader development during her tenure.
She holds two Senior Human Resources certifications, is a certified behavioral interviewer, and is certified by MHS Assessments for Emotional Intelligence assessments. Additional certifications include Development Dimensions International and Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership.
